Outcome Categories

Initially all submissions to your session are coded 'not reviewed'. You should assign each submission to one of the following eight categories:

Category	Explanation
Papers Recommended for Regular Sessions
Accept	One of four papers you have selected for your primary session. For any papers also submitted to another session, we ask that you get in touch with the other organizer via email before accepting the paper. If your session is the author’s first choice, please let the other organizer know your intention. If your session is the author’s second choice, please get the other organizer’s permission to accept the paper for your session.
Defer	A paper submitted to your session as well as another, and accepted by the other organizer.
Add Session	A paper you recommend, usually as a slate of four, for inclusion in an additional session you are suggesting to the Program Committee.
Forward	One or two high-quality papers that do not fit in your primary or additional session, but you recommend for inclusion in an extra session that the Program Committee may organize.
Not Selected But Wants to Be Considered for Poster Session
Poster   A	A paper not selected as accept, defer, add session, or forward, wants to be considered for a poster session, and you think the paper would make an excellent poster.
Poster   B	A paper not selected as accept, defer, add session, or forward, wants to be considered for a poster session, and you think the paper would make a good poster.
Poster   C	A paper not selected as accept, defer, add session, or forward, wants to be considered for a poster session, but you do not recommend it.
Not Selected and Does Not Want Poster Conversion
Reject	A paper not selected as accept, defer, add session, or forward, and the authors do not wish to be considered for a poster session.
